Might be important...

Uwe, is this C#? I'd like to reproduce it, but need some more infos...

it turns out this is easy to reproduce by typing the code:

static void testTooltips()
{
    char   szBuffer[500];
    strcpy()
}


at the bottom of the screen. the tooltip for strcpy gets truncated.
