When the function's comment is not english , the hovering tooltip is showed as clobber, such as dot and unrecognise char, but the english comment is well, is this a bug? why not support unicode?

We believe we have a fix in build 1288.

Please try this build if you have the problem with multi-byte characters. Let us know if the problem is fixed for you.
