I installed 10.1.1031 in Visual Studio.Net 2003. My OS is Japanese WinXP Pro with SP2. Everything seems to work well but when I pressed the SHIFT key in C++.NET editer, I got no response, then Visual Studio.Net was unnormally closed.

Did someone meet the same problem? Could you help me?

This is very strange. We don't have any other reports of the same problem.

Do you have any other add-ins installed? If so, try disabling them to see if you have a conflict.
