I notice that when problems are reported you often require information about the user ide, language etc.
In the licence window they are currently 3 buttons. What about adding one to send some information to the clipboard that could be pasted back into the message. Something like

V 1804 - 2005 - vb

I am sure you can think of something more appropriate. Do it so the user can verify the information. Do not use something like
0342ff4d-199b-4085-a1ce-e36579b082fd

Maybe this could have a link to the browser

using VS 2003 and VAX 1418 i have 4 buttons in VA options -> about
one is called "copy info", which copies various pieces of information to the clipboard, ready to be pasted into the bug report

the more fundamental problem is the posts here along the lines of "it does not work" *rolls eyes* there is not a lot i can do with this level of bug reporting

as for a link to the browser, i will let you play with the other three buttons
