Hello, It appears that everytime I upgrade my installation of Visual Assist X, from say 1418 to 1421, and as time progresses every new build that comes out, a new toolbar is added to Embedded Visual C++ 4. Currently, I have 4 Visual Assist X toolbars in Embeeded Visual C++ 4. Possibly a bug?
Sincerely,
James Simpson |

Probably a bug but unlikely critical. Assuming the toolbars are separate, can you drag three outside of their current locations and close them?
Another option is to use Tools|Customize|Add-ins (adjust to your IDE), to disable or delete all but one of the VA X toolbars. |

Hello feline, Your suggestion worked, removing the toolbars from the docking part and closing did remove them, however I feel that Whole Tomato should make this a bug, because it can get pretty annoying if you had to upgrade your version of VAX, and another one of those toolbars appears.

based on my experience with VC6 you only get a new toolbar if you say yes to allow the installer to reset the IDE. can you try answering no to this question on your next upgrade? |
