I am having once more that nasty problem of the distorted workspace when VA View is enabled and docked and VS.Net2003 is restarted.
Large black area, very small MDI area, no way to resize it. Have to close and reopen the VA View to restore the workspace to normal. That was once fixed as far as I remember. But its back.
once you get a window layout you are happy with save it. then you can restore it with this, which may help. i use it on a dual monitor system, where the IDE seems to get upset now and then *rolls eyes*
