When I try to modified an Custom stable include files path, I will start from %Visual Studio%/Common7/IDE Path everytime, it is unconvenience.

the recommended solution is to setup the directories in:

IDE tools menu -> options -> projects -> VC++ Directories

VA picks up its default list from here. normally once you have setup this list you should never have to change it. you can always past in path's if you find that more convenient.
