I'm not sure what's going on, but when I do a horizontal or vertical tiles of windows in vs2005, I can't type in a window unless I close and reopen the document, or disable then enable vax. Does this happen to anyone else?

there are a couple of threads about a similar problem. try CTRL-F6 to toggle focus between the windows, this normally fixes it and is less work than closing and re-opening it.

if this works then it is probably the same bug.

Problem with typing and horizontal tab groups is fixed in 1438.
