What works best for y'all?
Do you want one post per issue, or should we bundle up a day's worth of issues and post them all as one?
Do you want us to just report the big issues, or are you interested in issues like typos and color mismatches?
Any other guidelines? (I figure the easier I make it for y'all, the faster the bug fixes come out!)

Let's try one post per issue or group of related issues. You are welcome to post big and small issues.
Post all issues related to our options dialog in one post. Same for the VA View.
Please let support make the final reply in any thread. This tell us that we don't have to look at the topic again. (If we need to take action, we move the item to an internal list.)
Please refrain from posting, "Thank you."
We view forums normally by "Active Topics". Letting us make the final word, assuming the topic needs no further discussion, lets a post fall from our view. |
