VAX 1201: Function definitions MS style

When you define a function is MS SDK style:

void 
testfunction(
     int x
     )
{
  // <-- place cursor
}

Then the definition bar shows it as ") {" without anything else.
To repro, just copy the code and then place the cursor at the given location.
