I'm trying to install just downloaded VA X 1205 and was 'surprised' immediatelly - have a crash during installation.



And uninstalling previous version (VA .NET 1106) doesn't change nothing.

My system
---------
Windows XP Pro with SP1 and all latest updates from Windows Update, 1024Mb of RAM, Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise Edition.

If your installer crashed at 51%, can you try this build?

For everyone else, please do not install this 1206a build. It is a test build only!

Thank you, troubles was solved with new build.
By the way, one more trouble (I'm not sure that it's your trouble): all toolbars are reseted (including customized) during (re)installation of VAX (this trouble was with VA .NET too).

Probably you're way ahead of me on this, but Ivan's message box looks just like mine used to when I was getting the installer crashes...

The 1206a build is the hacked version we sent to Larry. Larry helped us track down the problem, which we've since found applied to several of our newest beta testers.

Do not install 1206a unless you have the installer crash. Please wait for the next official build, either 1206 or 1207.
