On the "Visual Assist X Options" dialog, "C/C++" tab, if you check the "Display comments from source files when available" checkbox, then restart VC, it will be unchecked when you look at it again.

This is still broken for me in both VC6 and .NET 2002 on 1216.

Don't even need to restart VC, just opening the Options-Dialog again shows the checkbox unchecked...
