is there same feature in va?

context window in source insight is also excellent, it is the most attractive freature of souce insight!

I have downloaded a trial version of Source Insight and for me Shift+F8 on a symbol in code is highlighting all references to this symbol. If this is the feature you are talking about then try turning on:

VA Options -> Advanced -> Refactoring -> Automatically highlight references to symbol under cursor

Hopefully this will help.
