How about an option to disable VA Navigation Bar in VS2010 when DebuggerCanvas http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/projects/debuggercanvas/ is active? It kind of gets in the way and when you scale the canvas the VANavBar doesn't scale.

Too bad my support contract is up. It would be nice to have this fix. :(
