Hi all,
It seems I've lost highlighting of the symbol under the cursor in VS2010. I double-checked that "Advanced->Highlight references using" is checked, as is "Advanced->Automatically highlight references to symbol under cursor".
However, I have Enhanced Syntax Coloring set to off - if I turn it on, under-the-symbol highlighting comes back, too. However, I just want the latter without the former, and this seems to be bug introduced in a recent version (can't pinpoint the build number, though).
Hope this helps fixing it. :) |

I am seeing the same effect here. Thank you for the clear description.
case=59056
For now you will need to turn on Enhanced Syntax highlighting, and apply it to the text editor. You could pick colours that look like the standard IDE colouring though, so that you are not really aware of this syntax highlighting. |
