Can I use my purchased VA Assist license for hobby programming at home?

Yes you can. For reference, look for the section in the licence agrement that talks about treating VA like a book:

Ok, thanks! I guess that means that I can have it installed on both my computer at work and on my home PC, if I'm the exclusive user of both.
