If I make a file called Foo.cpp or Foo.h then there's a strong chance I'll want to type Foo in a comment and that I might create a class Foo. Similarly for other languages, as well as XML.
Are you aware that VA Snippets can include the file name, and various variations on the file name, so you can create a VA Snippet specifically to include a comment including the file name, with or without its extension.
