When using VA Outline to move method from one position to another it incorrectly moves methods attributes.

Example:

[WebMethod]
public string f1()
{ return "hello world"; }
[WebMethod]
public string f2()
{ return "hello world"; }

When I move f1() below f2() I get this:

[WebMethod]
public string f2()
{ return "hello world"; }
public string f1()
{ return "hello world"; }
[WebMethod]

I am seeing the same problem here, thank you for the clear example:

case=7606

Hopefully this is not a constant problem for you.

case=7606 is fixed in build 2023.
