when I add a [additional include directories] in the C++\\[additional include directories] edit, The VA will aware of it and will parse the .h file in it,but when I add a one in command line like the picture.

The VA will not ,even if I restart the IDE.

VA 1929 ,vs 2008 win7 32bit

Out of interest, why are you adding the include directory like this? Why not just use the C++ additional include directories list?
