Functions are often created in derived classes which encapsulate base class functionality. E.g.

class Base
{
public:
virtual void OnEvent(Event a) {}
};

class Derived
{
};

Refactorization could offer to create following function in the derived class:

virtual void OnEvent(Event a) override
{
return Base::OnEvent(a);
}
