I often write member function declarations and the use Visual Assist to generate the implementation(Create implementation).

The brace style that Visual Assist assumes is that you want braces on separate lines. Like so..

void Function
{
...
}

I prefer to have my functions like this

void Function{
...
}


Could you add some way to inform VA how you would like your braces formatted?

To manage how feature "Create Implementation" works, modify C++ VA Snippet: "Refactor Create Implementation".

To open VA Snippet Editor use menu: VAssistX->Tools->Edit VA Snippets...

Or you can use shortcut ALT+X,T,E
