Hi,

If I have a method declared with
async Task methodNameAsync()
and then I call it with
await methodNameAsync()
, VAX isn't finding the call sites when I do Find References or Rename References from the definition or finding the definition or other call sites when I do that from a call site. (Frequently I do this because I forgot to use the 'Async' suffix when naming the method

I'm using .net 4.5 in a Windows Store app.

VA_X.dll file version 10.8.2043.0 built 2014.07.10
DevEnv.exe version 12.0.30723.0 Premium

Comctl32.dll version 6.10.9600.17031

I am seeing the same effect here. Thank you for the clear description.

case=85290

The link is useful, I did not know about this, always something new to learn

Your comment about forgetting the 'Async' suffix interested me, since your sample has this suffix, so I assume this does not make any difference to what you are seeing?
