I previously owned a student license which expired, so now I want to buy an individual license via PayPal.

However, after having typed in all my information, proceeding in the PayPal window to make the payment, the PayPal window closes and the website just says "Processing". In one case it also redirected me to the licenses page without any notice. I'm not getting any emails or transactions on PayPal either. I just can't seem to buy the license.

What to do?

The bug is a known one: IDERA-17402

I'll mail you a two-line, legacy activation key that will restart a 30-day trial.

Bug should be fixed by the time your "trial" ends.
