I frequently use "extract method" and love that feature. I also frequently have to edit the order of arguments afterwards because the extracted order does not make sense. If the "extract method" dialog offered some way of customizing the argument order, that last nasty step could be avoided.
We are considering letting you do this at the extract method stage:

Are you aware that the Change Signature command is designed for exactly this sort of job? I appreciate it is a second command you have to run, but it should make it a bit quicker and easier to make the change:
