just ran into this: when debugging my app and execution stops at a breakpoint, depending on where in the source line the caret it, the VA nav bar shows or doesnt show the info. Visible in the two screenshots below, in the first, the caret is before the "return" statement, in the second the caret is behind the line. As long as the care is before the "new .." there is no information shown. (the green squiggly is because there is no documentation header) I didn't notice that in other situations yet.
