Build 1240...
* Options dialog problem...
VA X Options -> Projects -> C/C++ Directories
Switch "Platform" to Custom, then switch it back without any changes. Unless you "Cancel" your action, you will get nice message.
Moreover, if you will go to any other section of Options, then go back to "C/C++ Directories" you will get the same message upon leaving this section.
I think this kind of message should not bother user if configuration was not really changed.
* Comments
Comments in source files are not considered by VA X, although "Display comments from the source files when available" is set. VA X extracts comments from the headers only.

As for the unnecessary dialog about restarting -- you are correct. VA X could be smarter about when to display or not. As it stands, VA X is being conservative. It would rather display and rebuild than get whacked.
As for "display comments from source...", do you have "Prefer default Intellisense" enabled on the Completion tab of our options dialog? If so, disable the option. |

The option is disabled. If I enable it... It has no influence on comments.
