VS.NET 2003 and 2005 - No context/field nav bar visible for C# files when Resharper is installed along with VAX. The nav bar is occasionally visible for C++ files, but not always. Pressing Alt-M in the case where the nav bar is not visible causes the droplist to display, but the top part of the nav bar where the context and variable name fields live is blank (but seems to be drawn in the place where it would be if it was displayed correctly). VS.NET nav bar is disabled. This also happens with VS.NET 2005 and the corresponding ReSharper build for that platform. Uninstalling ReSharper fixes this problem. ReInstalling brings it back.

We believe the conflict with subclassing is that same one that occurs with Refactor Pro and Coderush. We have the item on our list of things to address in the next month.
