Isn't that the thing that enables Startup.log? The information in there is not very useful. All that I got in the log file when I reproduced the problem was:

EDLck Locked::1765 1/9/2006 21:32:20 0x26a8
EDLck UnLocked::1790 1/9/2006 21:32:20 0x26a8
EDLck Locked::1765 1/9/2006 21:32:28 0x5720
EDLck UnLocked::1790 1/9/2006 21:32:28 0x5720
EDLck Locked::1765 1/9/2006 21:32:40 0x2ee4
EDLck UnLocked::1790 1/9/2006 21:32:40 0x2ee4

doesn't say much really :)

just looking at the two pictures i have posted to this thread and on this page. i am clearly in the same function both times, yet only one picture shows the enum being underlined. it is almost as if a spelling error is required to trigger the enum being underlined.

*experiments*

nope, now i am getting the enum underlined with just adding "banana = 3", which is a mistyped variable. very strange.

i have emailed you the zip file, it will be interesting if you can reproduce this on a second machine.

as for the log file, that looks about right. personally it does not mean a thing, but the developers know how to extract information from it.

zen is the art of being at one with the two'ness

I'm going to ignore the smart pointer bug as it seems that others are seeing it, too and you're having this conversation in more than one thread now :)
