defined constants appear with '::' in place of '.' in tooltips and definition field.

This is for C++ with build 1438 on VC.NET 2003

Same for me, the problem also exists for the tooltip of a function that has default values for "double" parameters:

The tooltip for

void foo(double d = 1.0) {}

is displayed with a double-colon instead of the dot.

VA support already assigned case ID 923 for that.
