We have a problem with autotext: Work fine in any .cpp project. Nothing happen in all c# projects even with the predefined c# templates.

You probably see completion lists generated by VS2005 for C#. Autotext won't overwrite what the IDE produces. You probably need to disable "Show completion list after a character is typed" in the C# settings of the IDE options dialog.
Disabling the option should make VA X suggestions appear as well.
