A long time ago, maybe two years or so, VAX had a bug (or maybe it was the IDE's bug, or some other plug-in's) that caused the IDE to simply disappear. No crash, no dialog box, it just silently vanished from the screen.
Does anyone remember what the cause turned out to be? (Yes, my own program is exhibiting the same behavior. )
