At first i must say that Visual Assist X is really nice tool. I noticed this bug in last betas, i haven't seen latest one, but looking to changelog seems it wasn't fixed. The problem is that if you try to add comment on the line with preprocessor appears suggestion list, that shouldn't happen.
for now i suggest either ignoring the suggestions or writing the comment on a different line and moving it to after the pre-processor directive afterwards.
