column indicator is off by one, e.g. you set it to 79 and it's showing on 80.

Using VS2003SP1 and VAX1535, I get precisely 80 when I specify 80. That is, the line is between character 80 and character 81. Wonder what is different?

Set at 79 should make the indicator appear after 79 and before 80.
