Today I found that my va was slow and slow ...
I take a look a what append using filemon and ARGHHH I found !

VA keep a stupid amount of history (since start of september for me) each time I press Ctrl+S I think (and I do a lot of Ctrl+S)

take a look at this picture ...


I suggest that you keep only one day of history

I will ask about this one, since something odd is happening. I have just checked my test system - it gets a lot of odd use, and this directory only holds 150 objects, which seems on the low side, especially considering this.

Did deleting all of these files fix the speed problem with VA? Which actions in VA or the IDE were slow for you?

Why does VAX keeps history anyways?

I wasnen't aware that VAX had local history features a la "Eclipse"

Va was slow the 1st time I save a file since I opened the project.

By the way, if you do not need history, remove the directory ;)

Improved Autosave performance is case=9821

case=9821 is fixed in build 1632
