This has been happening for a while... Basically whenever I add a new function to a header, and then want to create an implementation skeleton for it, I can't just click on it and hit Ctrl+Shift+X, which is my shortcut key for Create Implementation. I have to hit Save and then that hot key, usually multiple times until VAX finally reparses it, and then it finally works.
Can't you have the following logic?
1. Create Implementation triggered 2. If symbol at cursor not known, reparse immediately 3. Do action
Thanks,

A very reasonable suggestion, I have put in a feature request for this.

You should not have to reparse the file multiple times, but we are having problems with your script in another thread, it is as if this is not working correctly. |
