Why do I get the error number LP4 ?

I do not recognise this error number.

* Are you getting this error running the installer, or when you try to load the IDE?
* Which IDE and version of VA are you using?
* Can you post a screen shot of the error message you are getting? If not please submit a screen shot via the form:
