Is there any way to show whole words only in FSIW?

When I try to find shorter named functions in FSIW, there is hundreads of matches instead of one or some.

It makes this GREAT feature much less usable in these cases.

case=5977 is implemented in build 2052

To match whole words, enclose the search term in periods:
.WholeWord.
