Some months back I reported a bug and was told that refactoring in VB was "broken"

Any idea when it will be Unbroken

1557 seems to behave better than previous builds but still doesn't do a proper refactor in VB

Unfortunately this has not yet been fixed, but it is flagged to be fixed very soon. Unfortunately I don't have any form of time estimate for you on this.
