VC6, VAX 1616. Undock the workspace window (contains ClassView etc tabs), set to VA Outline tab. Mouse over a row that exceeds the width, the popup hint (to show the full width, not the larger snippet) appears behind the window so you still can't read part of it.
Obviously the problem is when the obscured part contains text, but having to blank out everything identifiable makes it hard to show that :)
