I just received a new PC with Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.

Will Visual Assist work on this PC if I install Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2008?

VA X should work just fine, though you will have to use the latest build, 1624 for VS 2008 support. Also remember to install VA X after you have installed both versions of Visual Studio otherwise you will have to reinstall VA X so it can register itself with the installed IDEs.
