#include "Uniwares.Data.SQL|SQLException.h"
And now try to type a slash at the caret position.
Hopefully you see the same effect like me: VAX selects the whole text in the quotes and wraps it in /* and */ That is NOT useful. |

Simply adding this line to a cpp file using VS2005 and VA 1624 and adding either "\\" or "/", and I do not see any problems.
I have now created the directory "Uniwares.Data.SQL" and given it three files:
SQLException.h test1.h test2.h
So that when I type:
#include "uni|"
VA will suggest the directory name, and then the file names. I still cannot reproduce the problem. I place the caret where your is, and if I type either "/" or "\\" a listbox appears, listing the three file's in this directory.
Do you have any selected text when you did this? |

No, no, no, just copy the line as it is (without the imaginary caret | ) and then try to insert a / or \\ or space at the location. There is nothing wrong as long as you type along, but modifying the line that was already there, it messes up totally.
I actually had to change the path which i forgot in the first place, so i copied the path part into the #include before the filename and then tried to insert a /. |

The whole text disappears for me when I follow Uniwares instructions.
#include "Uniwares.Data.SQLSQLException.h" ...becomes... #include "/" |

Krakken are you doing the same thing I am? Do you have any idea why you are able to reproduce this and I am not? |
