I tried to rename a variable called "d". The option "Comments and Strings" was actived for me. VA suggested to replace all "%d" in all "printf"-like statements of the corresponding file. IMHO this should never be suggested as it results in wrong code.

I'm using VS2003, WinXP, build 1626, no other add-ins.
