VS 2003, VAX 1626, XP SP2.

Ctrl+N, new header file:
1) The document does not have a caret.
2) If I start typing the VAX droplist pops up at the middle-left of the document and moves to the left when typing.
3) The caret only appears after ENTER has been pressed or after pasting some text.
