When including a file from a folder that is all caps, the suggested folder name is all lower case.
1. Create a header in a folder FOO. 2. Try including it from anywhere. 3. The suggested folder is foo. It you type FOO, then press Ctrl-Space, Enter, VA X automatically converts it to lower case.
