"*.tpl" files are located within "C:\\Documents and Settings\\username\\Application Data\\Visual Assist", and my OS is in Simplified Chinese, and I use a Chineses name as my username by chance, so Visual Assist X cannot load the "*.tpl" files.
I hope you team will solve this problem,in other words a bug,in the next version.
for now the work around is to tell VA to store its symbol database in a different directory, where the directory path does not contain any Unicode or extended characters:
