VS2005/VA1645

Icon in context box initially appears correctly but disappears after Alt+M.

Workaround until fixed: use the splitter between the context and definition windows to force a resize

I've not noticed this before but I've only used 1640/1645.

Actually I just installed 1640 over the top of 1645 and the problem is still visible.

case=18514 is fixed in build 1649
