This shows the parameter tooltip:
foo(
foo(param1,

How do I enforce the tooltip without typing a paranthesis or a comma? Many times I want to see the list, but it makes no sense to first remove a comma and then re-add it!

You can do it by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+SPACE
