well, subject.

imo, it will be a very-very handy feature. of course, it should use ~10 last saved clipboard entries, not only the last one.

yes, I am, and I use it a lot.

often, you just know, that you've copied the world recently; and it will be much better to just start typing it and then hit 'Tab' instead of scanning this list, and using arrow keys for selection.

What happens when you have just copied 300 lines of code to the clipboard?

This makes sense for single words, and a bit of sense for parts of a line, but the bigger the piece of text in the clipboard the more concerned I am that you are going to get "unwanted" effects.

well, isn't it obvious, that anything with '\\n' in it should be filtered out?

or do you expect me to write a detailed specification for you to implement?

I am trying to understand what you want and expect to happen. I try to avoid making to many assumptions about what is "obvious" since they are often wrong Different people work in very different ways, so often want very different things.

I have put in a feature request for this to see what our developers make of it:
