From what I can tell, both Alt-M and VA View show sorted member list. The VA Outline however seems to list methods by occurrence. If this is by design, maybe you could add an option for it like you have with the suggestion listboxes? (I like the current grouping but would prefer the methods/members to be sorted within each group).
Since VA Outline is designed to allow you to drag and drop items, to re-order your files, it is important that the items are shown in the same order as in the actual file.
