Just found that Encapsulate Field (its really nice and I use it quite) is a pain in the other when you have to do that for 20 or more fields.
I really would like to be able to select some lines, click on encapsulate and it will do that for all the fields selected.

We are considering to implement this at some point:

This will work with other refactorings as well.
